Getting started

  • How do I sign up on Tradoi? Click ‘Sign Up’ and choose your role. Buyers complete a quick 3-step signup; sellers go through a 5-step onboarding to activate a verified Digital Store.
  • Is Tradoi free to use? Tradoi is free for our first 10,000 verified sellers — no listing fees or commissions today. Creating an account, browsing products and connecting with suppliers is free.
  • What’s the difference between Buyer and Seller accounts? Buyers create inquiries, search suppliers and place orders; sellers list products, respond to inquiries and manage their store. You can switch roles later.

Verification & trust

  • Why should I verify my account? Verification activates your Digital Store and unlocks product publishing, and each step raises your Trust Score.
  • How long does business verification take? Tradoi’s AI-powered system verifies most business documents within minutes.
  • What is the Trust Score system? Trust Score (0–100) is calculated from four layers — Foundation, Activity, Reputation and External. Higher scores mean better search ranking and more buyer trust.
  • Can I operate without business verification? No — phone, email and business verification are all required to publish products and activate your Digital Store.

For sellers

  • How do I list products? Go to Seller Dashboard, then Products, then Add Product. Phone, email and business verification are required for products to appear in search.
  • What is the Digital Store? Every verified seller gets a public website showcasing products, trust badges and contact information — free for our first 10,000 sellers.
  • How do I respond to inquiries? Open your dashboard Leads to see matched inquiries and submit a quote with pricing, timeline and terms.
  • Can I use AI to improve my product descriptions? Yes — Tradoi is AI-first and there are no usage limits on description enhancement.

For buyers

  • How do I find suppliers? Use the Search page to browse products or suppliers and filter by category, location and trust score, or post an inquiry.
  • What is an Inquiry? An Inquiry lets you describe what you need and get quotes from multiple verified suppliers matched by AI.
  • How does Tradoi Verified Match work? AI scores potential suppliers on a 100-point scale based on category match, trust score, location, capacity and your requirements.
  • How do I place an order? Accept a supplier’s quote to create an order and track progress through the 9-stage Digital Handshake.

Orders & transactions

  • What is the Digital Handshake system? A 9-stage order lifecycle with photo verification at key milestones, building transparency and reducing disputes.
  • How do I make payments? Tradoi does not process payments directly — you and your trading partner agree on payment terms.
  • What if there’s a dispute? Raise a dispute from the Disputes section with order details and evidence; both parties can communicate through the platform.
  • Can I cancel an order? Yes, before the seller accepts. After acceptance, cancellation needs mutual agreement.

Search & AI features

  • How does voice search work? Tap the microphone in the search bar and speak in Hindi, English or Hinglish — the AI understands natural language.
  • Can I search by uploading a product image? Yes — the camera icon in search lets the AI identify the product and show similar items.
  • Are there any AI usage limits? No — Tradoi is an AI-first platform and AI-powered enhancements and image search are unlimited.
