Verify your phone, your email and a GST or Udyam certificate. Once all three pass, your Digital Store goes live and you can publish products.

Your Digital Store Is Free

Confirm Your Mobile Number

Verify your mobile number with a one-time code to create your account. It is the first of the three checks your store needs.

How to Verify

During signup, enter your mobile number.

Tap Send OTP. A code arrives by SMS.

Enter the code and tap Verify.

  • Prefer Email? Signing in by email works just as well, so use whichever is easier. Your store needs both your phone and your email confirmed.

Confirm Your Business Email

Verify your business email the same way, with a code sent to your inbox. It is the second check, and your store can't go live without it.

How to Verify

Open Account and Sign-In from Me and tap Add or Verify on the Email row, or use the email step during onboarding.

Enter your business email address.

Tap Send OTP. A code arrives in your inbox.

Enter the code and tap Verify.

Add Your GST Certificate

Start with your GST certificate: Tradoi reads it and checks the GSTIN on it. No GST? Choose I Don't Have GST and verify with Udyam Registration, free from the government for MSMEs and small businesses. With Udyam only, goods requirements reach you from your own state, and paid plans will need GST. Services aren't limited.

How to Verify

Start from the Confirm & Go Live step in onboarding, or the prompt on your dashboard or Edit My Store.

Upload a clear photo or scan of your GST certificate. The business name on it should match your profile name.

Tradoi reads it, matches the business name to your profile and checks that no other account uses it. If something doesn't match, a person at Tradoi checks it.

No GST? Tap I Don't Have GST and upload your Udyam certificate. Your store shows Udyam Registration · Checked by Tradoi.

  • Your Certificate Stays Private: It is stored privately, never shown on your store or to buyers. Your store shows GST Registration · Checked by Tradoi, or Udyam Registration · Checked by Tradoi, not the document itself.
  • Get It Right the First Time: Most hold-ups come from one of these four slips, and each is easy to avoid before you upload.
  • Pick GST or Udyam by What the Certificate Says: Its title tells you which it is. A GST certificate goes under GST Number; a Udyam certificate goes under I Don't Have GST.
  • One Page, Sharp, Nothing Cut Off: A clear photo or scan of the whole certificate, with all four corners in view and nothing blurred.
  • The Same Business Name: The business name on the certificate should match the one on your profile.
  • The Certificate Itself: Not a GST return, an invoice or a Udyam Assist certificate.

All Three Verified. Your Store Goes Live.

Phone, email and business verification together activate your Digital Store and let you publish products. Without all three, your Digital Store stays inactive and your products can't be published.

Add Licenses and Quality Certificates

Add industry licenses and quality certifications to stand out: FSSAI, ISO, BIS / ISI, GMP, HACCP, CE Mark, Organic, Halal and more. Add each one once: it shows on your store as uploaded by you and covers every product you list.

Open Me, then Verification and Certificates.

Select the certification type from the list.

Upload a clear photo or scan.

  • For Exporters: Your IEC: Upload your Import Export Code for the Export Ready badge, which buyers can filter for. IEC is export exposure, not verification: you still need GST or Udyam, and it does not add to your verified standing.

What Buyers See on Your Store

Every step strengthens your verified standing. Buyers see it as your verified badge and the facts under Checked by Tradoi, kept apart from what you say about your business. A GST seller shows GST Registration · Checked by Tradoi; a Udyam seller shows Udyam Registration · Checked by Tradoi.

  • Ranked on Fit, Not Payment: Search ranks products by how well they match what the buyer typed. Among close matches, a stronger verified standing helps. Rankings can't be bought.

Verification Is the Foundation. The Rest Is Earned Over Time.

Your verified standing is built from four independent layers. Verification drives the Foundation layer; the rest is earned through real activity. Your seller dashboard shows your own facts and the next step to take.

  • Foundation: Checked by Tradoi What Tradoi has checked: your phone, email and business registration, your certificates, and products that pass our checks.
  • Activity: Earned by Trading How you trade: how fast you reply to buyers, the quotes you send, orders completed on time and buyers who come back.
  • Reputation: Earned From Buyers Buyer reviews, only from Verified deals that both sides confirmed, one per deal.
  • External: Earned Online Your business's online profiles that Tradoi has verified.
  • If Someone Cheats: Trust on Tradoi is earned slowly and lost at once. Anyone can report a business in one tap from an order, a requirement or a chat, and a person reviews every report against the record of the deal. If we confirm cheating, such as an advance taken and never delivered, fake documents, or faked deals or reviews, we remove the business from Tradoi, whatever its record.
