  • Know Which Step It's At: See which of the four steps your order is at, and who it's waiting on.
  • A Record of Every Step: Each step is timestamped, with live courier tracking or other proof of delivery on the order.
  • Proof If Something Goes Wrong: The record is already on the order, so you can raise a dispute with proof.
  • No Need to Call with Updates: The buyer sees each step, from Confirm to Dispatch, so you don't have to keep updating them by phone.
  • A Record of Delivery and Confirmation: Delivery and each confirmation are recorded on the order, with the time.
  • Protection Both Ways: The same record is your proof if a dispute is raised: the steps, the dispatch proof and the confirmations already on the order.

One Order, Step by Step

Each step as both sides see it, from the quote to the record.

  • A Quote Becomes a Tracked Order: When a buyer accepts a seller's quote and confirms the order, the Tracked Order begins already accepted, with every term from the quote. An order placed without a quote waits for the seller to accept it. Nobody gets committed to a deal by surprise.
  • Dispatched, and Received With Proof: The seller picks how it goes out, and each way leaves proof. A courier's AWB number gives live tracking, and the courier marks the delivery on its own. A transporter's LR number goes on the order with one handover photo. For goods over ₹50,000, the seller can add the e-way bill or e-invoice (IRN) number too. Marking it dispatched is the seller's confirmation: the deal is done when the buyer confirms it arrived as agreed.
  • The Handover Code: For own vehicle, hand delivery or buyer pickup, the buyer shows a 6-digit code once the goods are in front of them. The seller enters it, and the order is marked received.
  • Both Sides Confirm. That Is the Handshake. The seller confirmed at dispatch. The instant the buyer confirms it arrived as agreed, the order closes as a Verified deal. It's on the record, and each side can leave one review.
  • A 15-Day Safety Net: A delivered order the buyer hasn't confirmed closes automatically on day 15 and shows as Closed Automatically. The buyer is told in advance: reminders on days 0, 3 and 5 after delivery, then a final notice on day 12. It isn't counted as a Verified deal and opens no review, and the unresponsive buyer takes a small trust penalty. For 30 days after, the buyer can still confirm it arrived as agreed, which makes it a Verified deal and opens the review.
  • Confirmed Deals Stay on the Record: Each deal both sides confirm shows on the seller's store as a Verified deal. Orders closed automatically are not counted there. The order, its proof and its timeline stay on the record for both sides.
  • Real Reviews Only: Reviews come only from Verified deals, one per deal. A store shows its rating from the first review, always with the number of reviews.
  • If Plans Change, or Something Goes Wrong: Until the seller dispatches it or marks it ready for pickup, either side can cancel directly, no permission needed. After that, it locks. If a delivery doesn't match what was agreed, either side can raise a dispute with proof, even up to 30 days after the order closes.
  • Decided on the Evidence: You are not building a case from scratch. The dispatch proof, shipping details and timeline already on the order become the evidence, and Tradoi decides on it.
