Do I need a degree, GST, or any documents to become a Tradoi Ambassador?

No. To join you only need a phone number, an email address, and a UPI ID (to receive payouts). No degree, no GST, no business registration, no resume. The businesses you refer need to verify their own GST or Udyam — but you do not.

Is Tradoi Ambassador legitimate or is it an MLM scheme?

Legitimate. Tradoi Ambassador is a referral programme — not a multi-level marketing scheme. You are paid only for the businesses YOU personally refer, not for "downline" referrals made by anyone you signed up. There is no joining fee, no kit fee, and no requirement to recruit other ambassadors. Tradoi (a registered Indian company — Tradoi Systems Pvt Ltd) pays the reward directly to you via UPI. Is there a limit on how much I can earn as a Tradoi Ambassador?

No earning cap. The more qualified businesses you refer, the more you earn — and your per-referral reward goes up as you cross tier thresholds. The programme does have an internal monthly cap config used by the admin team to monitor for fraud spikes, but it is not a hard ceiling and is far above any legitimate referrer's monthly volume.

When and how do I get paid?

Payouts are processed every Monday via UPI. Once a referred business completes its Tradoi setup (phone verified, email verified, business document admin-approved, and the required number of products published) your reward is added to your balance. On the next Monday, the team transfers the amount to your registered UPI ID and you receive an email with the transfer reference.

Which businesses qualify and which don't?

Tradoi is a B2B marketplace, so only businesses that sell to other businesses qualify: manufacturers, wholesalers, exporters, bulk traders and B2B service providers. Retail shops and businesses that mainly sell to walk-in consumers do not qualify. If you refer one and they sign up, the referral will not be paid out — so it is worth checking with the business first.

How is this different from network marketing or refer-and-earn apps?

Three structural differences. (1) You earn nothing from referrals-of-referrals — your reward depends only on businesses you directly refer. (2) The businesses you refer never pay anything to anyone — they get a free Tradoi store. (3) There is no joining fee, no inventory to buy, no quota to hit. How does Tradoi know who I referred?

Every ambassador gets a unique referral link (format: tradoi.com/join/TRD-XXXXXX). When someone signs up by following your link, the code is captured automatically and your account is credited with the referral. You can see every referral and their qualifying progress live on your Tradoi Ambassador dashboard.

What happens if a business I referred deletes their account or gets unverified?

Qualification is computed live, not cached. If a referred business is later unverified (for example, if their business document is rejected after approval, or they delete published products) the referral reverts to unqualified and no payout is owed for it. You are only ever paid for currently-qualified, currently-active referrals — which is what keeps the programme honest and sustainable.

Do I have to pay tax on my Tradoi Ambassador earnings?

Tradoi Ambassador payments are treated as income and may be taxable depending on your personal tax situation. We share your annual payout total with you so you can declare it correctly. What counts as a qualified referral

A referral becomes qualified — and earns you a reward — only when the referred seller completes ALL four milestones below. Tradoi re-evaluates these in real time on every dashboard load, so you always see exactly where each referral stands.

Reward tiers — earn more as you refer more

You earn cash for every qualified referral, and your reward per referral rises as you cross higher tiers. There is no cap on the number of referrals you can bring.

The programme has three positional tiers — a base rate for your earliest referrals, a higher rate once you cross the Tier 2 threshold, and a top rate once you cross the Tier 3 threshold. Who NOT to refer

Tradoi is a B2B marketplace for verified Indian businesses. The Ambassador Programme deliberately excludes referrals that do not fit the platform — these will never qualify regardless of how many milestones they complete.

Retail shops that mainly sell to walk-in consumers (B2C). The platform’s buyers are bulk purchasers, not end users.
Your own business or a business you control. Self-referrals are detected and disqualified.
Businesses already on Tradoi under a different account or seller handle.
Businesses that cannot or will not complete the four verification milestones (no GST/Udyam, no real products to list).
Personal-service or freelance accounts pretending to be a B2B business.

How payouts work

Payouts are handled directly by the Tradoi admin team — no manual claim or invoice from you. The process is simple and transparent.

Cadence — every Monday Tradoi processes payouts for ambassadors whose unpaid balance is at least one full qualified referral.
Method — UPI transfer to the UPI ID you save in your Ambassador dashboard. You can change the UPI ID at any time before the next Monday run.
Receipt — once paid, you receive an email notification with the transfer reference. Your dashboard shows a full ledger of every payout, the amount, the date and the referenced UPI transaction.
No tax deduction at source from Tradoi — you are responsible for declaring this income in your own ITR. Most Ambassadors fall under the “income from other sources” head.
