  • Completed orders are worth up to 15 points, building as you do more business. Each one counts when it is ₹2,000 or more and goes through the Digital Handshake, and once you earn these points they are permanent.
  • Replying quickly earns another three points. You get them by responding to 80% or more of your Verified Leads within 72 hours, and a quote or a polite decline both count as a reply.
  • Logging in within the last seven days adds two points on its own, simply for showing that you are around and reachable.

After an order completes, the buyer can rate you on product quality, communication, delivery, and the overall experience. Those ratings build this layer for you over time.

  • Up to ten points come from the quality of your ratings, scaled straight from your lifetime average across those four ratings. Treat every buyer well and this looks after itself.
  • Up to five more points come from how many reviews you have collected, climbing as your review count grows. The more good reviews you gather, the higher this goes.
  • Reviews from established buyers carry more weight, so a steady record over time beats a handful of early stars.

Bring the Reputation You Already Have

Up to 20 points, for credibility you have built elsewhere.

If buyers already trust you somewhere else, you can carry that across. Link your accounts and our team checks each one before it counts towards your score.

  • Your Google Business listing, your Instagram, and your website can each add up to five points, based on your reviews and rating, your following, and how complete your site is.
