By Tradoi Team · Published 2026-04-13 · Updated 2026-06-12
A clear product listing is what brings the right buyers to you, and on Tradoi you don't have to write it yourself. You describe your product in plain words, and Tradoi's AI turns it into a proper listing with the specs, the keywords, and the structure that help buyers find you.\n\nIn short: tap Add Product, choose Product or Service, describe it in at least 80 characters, set your price and minimum order, add a few real photos, then review and publish. Tradoi's AI structures the listing for you. The whole thing takes a few minutes per product.\n\nThis guide walks you through it in the order you'll see on screen, names the button at each step, and points out the small choices that decide whether your products show up in search. Keep these handy. A few minutes per product.
- A few clear photos of the actual product
- Your price per unit and minimum order
- Key specs like material, size, grade, and certifications
- An HSN or SAC code (optional, for your tax details)
- A brochure or catalogue, if you have one (optional)
- A verified business account (phone, email, and business verification) to publish
What You Sell
Tells Tradoi, and buyers, what you're listing.
Tap Products, then Add Product to open Quick Setup. In Step 1 you tap either Product or Service, then describe it in a few plain words.
- Pick Product or Service.
- Describe it in plain words. 'Stainless steel plates for hotels' beats anything clever, because specific gets found.
Describe It
This one field decides which searches you turn up in.
Step 2 matters most. Write the way you'd explain the product to a serious buyer, covering material grade, sizes, finish, certifications, and lead time. Use at least 80 characters, and Tradoi's AI splits what you write into features, specs, and use cases.
- Be specific. Name the type, material, size, grade, and finish. 'Industrial LED Bulb 40W Cool White IP65 Waterproof' beats 'LED Bulb'.
- Use the words your buyers use, like 'GSM', 'IP65', and 'BIS-certified'. If both fit, add 'terry towel' and 'bath towel'.
- Name the industries you serve, like restaurants and hotels, or automotive OEMs. That helps the right buyer requests reach you.
- Don't stuff keywords. Tradoi's AI flags spammy listings, and buyers skip the ones that read like a list.
Set Your Price
B2B buyers compare on total cost, so price it straight.
Step 3 is your price per unit, the unit, and the smallest order you'll take.
- Enter your price per unit (up to ₹1,00,00,000), the unit (piece, kg, metre, and so on), and your minimum order quantity. Quote real numbers, not bait prices.
- Turn on volume pricing for up to five slabs. Lower rates on bigger orders often close the deal.
Add Photos
Good photos earn the tap.
Step 4 is photos, and they decide whether a buyer taps your listing or scrolls past. Use real shots of the actual product.
- Use real shots of the product you sell, not stock images. A plain white or grey background works best.
- Pick a hero image, which is what buyers see first. One photo is enough to publish, but four to six convert far better.
- Keep the hero free of watermarks and text. Aim for 800×800 or higher, and treat 400×400 as the recommended minimum. If a photo looks off, Tradoi flags it for a quick check or asks you to confirm it is genuine, so nothing quietly disappears.
Add the Extras
Filled-in listings rank above bare ones.
Step 5 is optional but worth it. If you already have a brochure, the last step reads it for you.
- Fill what applies: lead time, HSN or SAC code (4 to 8 digits), warranty, free samples, and customisation.
- On the last step (optional), drop in a brochure as a PDF or image, and Tradoi reads it to help fill the listing.
Review, Then Publish
Nothing goes live until you've checked it.
Tap Create Listing with AI. Tradoi's AI takes a few seconds to structure everything, then drops you on a Review screen with your title, specs, and details ready to check. Fix anything that needs it, then publish.
- Most clean listings pass a quick check and go live right away.
- If something's flagged, you'll see the exact reason. Fix the highlighted field and republish, and your work isn't lost.
- Not ready to publish? Once Tradoi structures your listing, the Review screen has a Save as Draft button, so you can come back and finish it later. Drafts stay visible only to you.
What Helps You Get Found
Tradoi Smart Search reads meaning, not just keywords. Even so, a few signals decide who shows up first.
- Describe the product accurately. Tradoi sets the category from your listing, so a clear description means the right buyers' requests reach you.
- Fill the optional fields, because complete listings outrank bare ones.
- Keep your price and availability current. Stale listings get quietly downranked.
- Complete your Digital Store with a logo, cover, and description. A complete store lifts every product under it.
Got a Whole Catalogue?
If you're starting with a full catalogue, Bulk Upload (beta) reads a brochure into draft listings in one go. You'll find it on your Products page once your business is verified. It's new, so review each draft before you publish.
You don't write the listing. You describe the product, and Tradoi's AI turns it into something buyers can actually find.
Conclusion
Quick Setup handles the structure and the polish. Your job is to describe what you sell honestly, add real photos, and price it for real. Do that, keep your store complete, and your listings rank in Smart Search, match the right buyer requests, and turn into Verified Leads.
