These MCC (Motor Control Center) Panels, available in both indoor (IP42/45) and outdoor configurations, are designed for robust motor control and power distribution in industrial settings. Featuring a free-standing, front and rear openable structure constructed from 2.0mm CRCA sheet, these panels offer versatile cable entry options (top/bottom/side) and a choice of welded, modular, or draw-out designs to suit diverse installation needs. The panels are segmented into functional compartments: incomer feeder, outgoing feeder, busbar compartment, cable alley, and metering compartment. Incoming power is managed via MCCB/ACB, while outgoing feeders support DOL, FASD, ATS, soft starters, and VFD configurations. Metering is facilitated by digital panel meters and indicator lamps. Internal wiring utilizes 0.75 to 255 sq. mm single-core copper flexible wire (FR/FRLS). Busbars are available in EC grade copper or aluminum flat bar, with de-rating factors of 1.6A/sq. mm (copper) and 0.8A/sq. mm (aluminum). Built for reliable operation, these panels incorporate SS 304 nut bolts, PU gaskets, door hinges, and lifting hooks. A 7-tank precoating process and powder coating ensure durable paint finish.
